It was a pleasure to work with Rynita. She is a tireless worker. I was very comfortable knowing Rynita had my interests covered. She walked me though the process of home buying.

Never had a realtor go as far as she did to find my family a place. She is Highly recommended from us! We were 1000 miles away and she still worked late hours to search and inquire to landlords.

Rynita was just pure joy to have represent us during our search. Jan 2023 Found my new habitat Rynita was very patient and showed me many neighborhoods when I started the process of looking for a house in the Tampa area, I was still living in Southern California. She did the search and provided me with the locations based on what she gathered on our telephone and on the weekends that I came to town, she took the time to come with me to check out the model homes in those chosen communities. I found a neighborhood that I liked in the Riverview area. I would recommend Rynita as your real estate agent to help you find your dream home.

We could not be more pleased with Rynita. She was there for us every step of the way. I could not say enough good things about her either from the kind of person she is or from the professional relationship we had with her. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone with no hesitation. She truly eased our minds with each step. She went above and beyond in every situation. I give her two thumbs up.....WAY UP!!!!

Jan 2023 Best agent ever! We could not…I repeat…we could not have closed on our house without Rynita! She was our eyes and ears (we were in NYS) and recommended the best inspector and insurance provider. We cannot thank her enough!
