Jan 2023 Found my new habitat Rynita was very patient and showed me many neighborhoods when I started the process of looking for a house in the Tampa area, I was still living in Southern California. She did the search and provided me with the locations based on what she gathered on our telephone and on the weekends that I came to town, she took the time to come with me to check out the model homes in those chosen communities. I found a neighborhood that I liked in the Riverview area. I would recommend Rynita as your real estate agent to help you find your dream home.

Nov 2023 A True Blessing!! We were so tremendously happy with Ms. Cochrane as our realtor. She was truly a blessing. Her knowledge of the Florida markets and her contacts to expedite items were phenomenal. I would rate her at 5-star as a real estate agent.
